How much will my project cost?
Every project is different, so we quote each one individually. Tell us what you need and we will send a free, no-obligation quote with a clear scope, so you know exactly what is included before any work begins.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the job and how quickly feedback and content arrive. A business card is a much shorter job than a multi-page website with an online shop. We agree a schedule with you at the start and keep to it. If you have a fixed deadline, such as an event or a launch, let us know straight away.
Do you only work with local clients?
No. Most of our communication happens by email, phone and video call, and the clients quoted on this site are based in London, Amsterdam and Berlin. Printed work can be delivered to your chosen printer as press-ready files.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every website we design today is responsive, which means the layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktop screens. We test on a range of devices and browsers before launch.
Can I update the website myself?
That depends on the kind of site that suits you. Some clients prefer a simple, fast site that we update for them; others want to edit pages themselves. We will talk through the options and recommend the right approach for your needs and budget.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We regularly modernise older websites, keeping what works, improving what does not and making sure the new site looks good on mobile devices. See website redesign and care.
Do you design logos and full brand identities?
Yes. We design new logos, refresh existing ones and build the wider identity around them: colours, typefaces, stationery and guidelines so everything stays consistent. See logos and brand identity.
Can you handle printing?
We prepare press-ready artwork to your printer’s specifications and can liaise with them on your behalf. If you do not have a printer, ask us and we will talk through options.
Who owns the final designs?
Ownership and usage rights are set out in your quote and agreement before work starts, so there are no surprises. If you have particular requirements, mention them when you ask for a quote.
Do you help with text and photographs?
Good design needs good content. We can advise on structure and wording, and our team has experience with photography and image editing. Let us know what you have and what you need.
What happens after my website launches?
Websites need care to stay secure, fast and current. Many clients ask us to look after updates and new content after launch. We are happy to discuss an arrangement that suits you.
